Boys Campus
National Model Higher Secondary Boys School is located in the historical and culturally active city of Sheikhupura. It is situated at Hiran Minar Road, spreading over an area of more than 62 kanals very close to the city in a calm and quiet atmosphere. The school endeavors to provide a healthy environment to the students to receive knowledge and education within the realm of dialectical discipline. It caters for the need of the boys of secondary classes. The school started functioning in September 2001 and has plays leading role in the field of education in the district of Sheikhupura ever since.
Girls Campus
National Model Higher Secondary Girls School is fortunate in securing a piece of land on Sargodha Road, Sheikhupura. The School started functioning in April 1989 with 250 students. There are now more than a thousand students in the school. The campus consists of two main double storey blocks, a Library, well equipped Laboratories and vast play fields.
On account of its quality education, pleasant environment and affordable tuition fees, the school remains the institution of first choice for education loving students and conscious parents. The dream of serving the people of Sheikhupura by educating the children under the supervision of Ashrafi National Educational Trust is being fulfilled.

National Model Higher Secondary School is affiliated with the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore. The school is divided into two sections i. e. Secondary & Higher Section.

The Senior Section
In this section the boys promoted from the junior section of Girls Branch are admitted and are placed under the charge of qualified and experienced teachers.
The students are prepared for Secondary School Certificate (Matriculation) Examination in science and computer science Subjects only. Secondary Section consists of the following classes.

The Higher Secondary Section
The higher secondary school is offering three combinations given as under:
- Physics, Chemistry and Math (Pre-Engg)
- Physics, Computer Science and Math (ICS)
- Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Pre-Medical)
To maintain a close contact between the teachers and the pupils, the class strength has been restricted to thirty in secondary classes and thirty five higher secondary classes.
Rules & Regulations
General Discipline
National Model Higher Secondary School maintains a high standard of discipline among the students and staff. Strict adherence to school rules and regulations and a high standard of discipline are expected of all students. Parents are too requested to extend their full support. Co-operation of parents with the school authorities is essential for the healthy improvement of their children.
Academic Session
The school academic year extends from April to March and is divide into 2 working terms. At the end of each term, a term examination is held and its result and reports are sent to the parents, besides there are tests held on weekly and monthly basis.
Parents are strongly advised to watch the progress of their children in the report which is issued after the monthly/term exams. However the college classes continue and their schedule is adjusted keeping into consideration the date of board examination.
Admission Policy
- Admissions are made only for class XI and are held after a week of the declaration of Matric Result
- Admissions in other classes are subject to availability of seats and qualifying the requisite admission tests
- Admission tests in Urdu, English, Mathematics and Science are held to judge the ability of candidates before admission
- All admissions are made on basis of merit determined by tests and interviews at the beginning of the academic year
Fee Schedule
Fees are payable for twelve months ad collected on monthly basis between 1st and 10th of the month. After the 10th of the month a fine of Rs.250 will be charged up to 15th of that month. From 16th to 25th Rs.500 per student will be charged. If fee is not deposited till 10th of the next month, name of student will be struck off and he/she will not be re-admitted until all school dues and re-admission fee are paid (During this period parent will be informed by notice printed on fee challan. Fee should be paid in the bank mentioned in the challan form. It is the duty of the students to collect challan forms from the class teacher and parents must ensure payment of dues in time.
Attendance and Leave
Parents and guardians should ensure that their children or wards observe punctuality and regularity in daily attendance and all school engagements. Students who are late for morning assembly are liable to be sent back home or to be fined. A student who is absent from school without leave for five days including Holidays is liable to be removed from the roll of the school. All applications for leave should be addressed to the principal and must be signed by the parents / guardians. A medical certificate should invariably accompany a leave application for illness lasting for three days or more.
Daily Morning Assembly
Daily morning assembly is arranged on fixed time to create in students a sense of discipline and punctuality. Islamic outlook is focused in it. By rotation students recite verses from the Holy Quran with translation in English and Urdu. It is also a source of encouragement for students to develop public speaking. The assembly session ends with National Anthem and flag raising ceremony.
